THE CONTEST

1. Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a 103.7 KISS-FM (“Station”) will conduct a contest (the “Contest”) for the chance to win one of six (2) prizes of $1,000 (each, a “Grand Prize”) (for a maximum total of $2,000 of Grand Prizes awarded in this Contest in the aggregate). There will also be up to 20 consolation prizes consisting of a pair of movie premiere passes valued at approximately $18 per pair of tickets (each, a “Consolation Prize”). The number of Consolation Prizes awarded in this contest will depend on the length of the Contest. In the event the Contest ends prior to May 16, 2008 there will be less than 20 Consolation Prizes awarded in this Contest. Selection of movie tickets are subject to availability because each Consolation Prize Winner will only receive a selection from the movie tickets are available to the Station at the time the Consolation Prize Winner picks up their prize. Movie theater locations dates and times of movie premieres will vary depending on the selection of movie tickets the Station has at the time a Consolation Prize winner picks up prize. Other restrictions may apply to consolation prizes.

2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. All federal, state and local laws and restrictions apply. This Contest is void where prohibited.

3. Odds of being selected to play depend on number of callers at the time calls are solicited, and the order in which the calls are answered.

4. Contest will begin on May 12, 2008 and end on either May 16, 2008 or when (2) Grand Prizes have been won, whichever is sooner (the “Contest Period”).

WHO CAN ENTER:

5. Contest is open to legal Wisconsin residents, 14 years of age or older at time of entry. All Contestants who are under 18 years of age will be required to have their legal guardians co-execute all documents required in connection with this Contest and failure to do so in a timely manner will result in automatic disqualification and any Prize will be forfeited. For all purposes under these rules, the parent or legal guardian will be recognized as the actual winner of the Prize and will be responsible for any applicable tax liability.

6. Employees of the Station, its parent, subsidiaries, Contest sponsors, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any other Milwaukee area radio stations and the immediate family and other household members (i.e., spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, roommates, housemates, significant others, partners, and siblings) of each of the above are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win.

7. Persons who have won another contest or promotion of any kind from the Station within the immediately preceding thirty (30) days are NOT eligible to enter and/or to win the Contest.

8. One Winner per household (only the first chronological Winner will be recognized).

HOW TO ENTER & WIN:

9. Starting May 12, 2008, the Contest will be played at approximately 7:20am (CT), 1:20pm (CT), and 4:20pm (CT), Monday thru Friday ONLY (excluding holidays) during the Contest Period. At such times, Station will instruct listeners to call the special Contest number at 414-799-1037. At the times calls are solicited in this manner, the 25th person to call in will be entitled to attempt to correctly answer five (5) multiple choice trivia questions in (60) seconds, (each, a “Contestant”). If Contestant answers all five (5) questions correctly within the allotted time period, as determined by Station personnel in their sole discretion, Contestant will win a $1,000 Grand Prize, (each a “Grand Prize Winner”). If Contestant fails to correctly answer all five (5) questions within the allotted time period, as determined by Station personnel in their sole discretion, then he or she will not win a $1,000 Grand Prize, but will be awarded a Consolation Prize (“Consolation Prize Winner”). If there is no Grand Prize Winner in any particular round of the Contest, a new Contestant will NOT be solicited for that round for another opportunity to win a Grand Prize in that round. The Contest will resume at the next scheduled round.

10. Contestants may not participate via speakerphones and may not receive assistance from any other person while playing the Contest. Contestants must only answer “a”, “b” or “c”. Reciting the actual answer will not be accepted. Contestants may not skip questions. Questions must be answered in the order in which they are asked. The on-air personality may repeat questions and/or answers if they are asked to do so by the Contestant or in the event of silence by the Contestant (as determined in the sole discretion of the on-air personality). Only the first answer given by the Contestant will be accepted. Contestants are not permitted to change their answer(s) but Contestants are permitted to clarify their answer in the form of “a”, “b” or “c” if they failed to do so when initially answering.

11. Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts.

12. Only calls received directly to the official Contest Lines at 414-799-1037 at the times calls are solicited are eligible to participate. Calls to the main radio Station phone number or any other phone number are not acceptable.

13. Listeners may increase their chances of correctly answering the trivia questions, by registering and/or logging into the “KISS Klub” (see below) to obtain a list of some, but not all, of the questions and answers that the Station will use in the Contest.

14. Membership into the KISS KLUB (the “Club”) is free. The Club is an internet club that will entitle members to, among other things, receive information from Station and its clients, enter contests, participate in surveys and enjoy many other opportunities. There is no cost to become a member of the Club. To join the Club go to www.1037kissfm.com and click on the link for the Club and provide all required information (incomplete registrations may be invalidated in Station’s sole discretion). In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a member, the holder of the e-mail account will be deemed the person who submitted the membership. The holder of the e-mail account is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the second level domain associated with the e-mail address in question. Limit one membership per person and one membership per e-mail address. Members are required to provide truthful information when completing the Club membership registration form. If Station determines that any registration form contains false or fraudulent information or is submitted by a person other than the one named in the form or by an ineligible entrant, such form will be disqualified and that member will be prohibited from participating in this Contest. If a Member cancels his/her membership during this contest then such Member may no longer be eligible to receive the selected questions and answers distributed to KISS KLUB members for this Contest, in Station’s sole discretion. See Station’s General Contest for more information regarding KISS KLUB membership.

15. Station is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced due to overload, busy signals, loss of phone service, electronic problems or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing a phone call or for any technical malfunction related to any telephone connection, servers, routers, or any other technical problem that may impact entry or prize claim including, without limitation, any internet telephone call connections. Station is not responsible for any problems associated with e-mail delivery, including but not limited to spam, or the Internet, including but not limited to problems with the Station’s website, software, servers or routers or for the cause of any computer related virus.

16. Winners of $1,000 Grand Prize will not be eligible to enter or win further prizes in any Station contest for thirty (30) days. Participants who do not win a Grand Prize in this Contest DO NOT have to wait 30 days to try again to enter or win further prizes in this or any other Station contest.

17. Questions will be selected at the sole discretion of the Station. The answers to the questions shall be interpreted and determined by Station in its sole and complete discretion.

PRIZES:

18. All prizes (Grand Prizes and Consolation Prizes) awarded on-air must be picked up at the Station’s studios at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130, during regular business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am-5pm; Wednesdays 8am-7pm) (excluding holidays) Prizes will not be mailed, unless otherwise determined by the Station.

19. Grand Prizes will be paid in the form of a company check, payable only to the Grand Prize Winner (or legal guardian if Winner is under 18 years of age)

20. Grand Prize Winners will be notified by phone at the phone number they previously provided to Station staff once their check is ready and available for pick up at the radio stations studios located at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130. Station will only be required to leave one message at the number provided. If no answer or answering machine is reached, Station will not be obligated to attempt any further contact. Station is not responsible if Station staff mistranscribes a Grand Prize Winner’s telephone number. Consolation prizes will be available for pick up at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 two (2) business days following Contestants’ participation in Contest.

21. All Winners (Grand Prize and Consolation Prize Winners) must present a valid government photo I.D. and social security card in order to claim Prize. Parents or legal guardians of winners under 18 years of age must pick up the prizes for those under 18 and must provide a valid government photo ID and social security card of themselves PLUS, proof that they are indeed a parent or legal guardian of the winner.

22. All Winners (Grand Prize and Consolation Prize Winners) have 30 days to collect their Prize from the time of availability to pick up prize. In the event that a Winner fails to claim their Prize within such 30-day period, such Winner shall forfeit their Prize. Failure or refusal of the parent or guardian to provide such documentation will result in minor forfeiting prize.

23. All Winners (Grand Prize and Consolation Prize Winners) in this Contest will be required to sign a release form and any other documentation required by the Station to collect any and all prizes. Failure or refusal to sign such release form will result in forfeiture of prize. Any Winner (Grand Prize or Consolation Prize Winners) who is under 18 years of age shall be required to have a parent or guardian execute a release form or any other forms required by the Station to collect any prize on the minor’s behalf. Failure or refusal of the parent or guardian to sign such release form will result in minor forfeiting prize.

24. No transfer, assignment, or substitution of prizes is allowed.

25. All Winners (Grand Prize and Consolation Prize Winners) (or legal guardian if winner is under 18) are responsible for paying all applicable local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prize. Winners (or legal guardian if winner is under 18) may receive an IRS Form 1099 from Station and such prize may be reported to the Internal Revenue Service for the tax year in which the prize was won.

26. If a prize is forfeited under these rules, then it will remain the property of the Station, disposed of within the discretion of the Station and a new winner of such prize will not be selected.

OTHER RULES:

27. By participating in the Contest, Contestants consent to Station, Entercom Milwaukee, LLC, and its affiliates, employees, agents and all other related sponsors using for advertising and/or other promotional purposes, without additional compensation, all Contestants' and winners', image, voice and/or biographical information on radio or TV broadcasts, newspaper advertisements and/or any other medium in connection with the Contestants' participation with the Contest.

28. By participating in the Contest, Contestants agree that Station and other participating sponsors and their associated companies and sponsors accept no responsibility of liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from (a) participation in the Contest and/or (b) the acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

29. Station reserves the right to terminate or declare this Contest null and void and rescind any Contest awards if in sole judgment, the rules or the integrity of this Contest have been violated or compromised in any way, intentionally or unintentionally by any person whether or not a participant in this Contest.

30. Station reserves the right to alter or amend Contest rules at any time. Additionally, Station reserves the right to stop or conclude any contest at any time without prior notice. Material changes to the Contest rules will be broadcast on-air, when practical.

31. Station management shall be the sole arbiters in all matters relating to the Contest and the interpretation of Contest rules. The decisions of Station shall be final and non-appealable. Entry into station Contests constitutes agreement by Contestants to abide by these rules.

33. For a list of winners mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to 11800 W. Grange Ave. Hales Corners, WI 53130 c/o “2008 Think Fast For A Grand Winners’ List.” All requests for winners’ lists must be mailed and received by the Station after the contest is over but prior to 4 months after the contest has been concluded.
